Our business hours are from 09:00 am to 07:30 pm, Monday through Sunday, except on few public holidays. Please note, we will only process complaints within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Cancellation
Cancellation of placed orders is not possible between ( 09:00 am to 07:30 pm ) because - we process your order within minutes of order placement and quick delivery on same day. On orders placed after ( 07:30 pm till next day 09:00 am ) - customers can request to cancel the order by contacting us only through Complaint Forms in Contact us page or through e-mail - zinng.mart@gmail.com
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only under following conditions :

If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the amount of particular item.

You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

If the shipping location is not serviced by us, but the order has been placed.

If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 2 days of placing the order.
The amount will be refunded in the customer's mode of payment within the next 5-7 business days or as soon as possible, from the date of confirmation of refund to the customer.
In following Cases

Non - availability of recipients at the mentioned address and/or premises.

Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer.

Refusal to accept products.

Force majeure event.
Shipping cost Rs.25 will be deducted from the refund amount - even though if it is a free delivery. And order will be auto cancelled.
