Our business hours are from 09:00 am to 07:30 pm, Monday through Sunday, except on few public holidays. Please note, we will only process complaints within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Shipping and Delivery
We primarily ship your orders through Zinng delivery partners. Once your order is place in between ( 09:00 am to 07:30 pm ) it will be packed with in minutes. And it will delivered to you with in 60 minutes of order placement confirmation. If your order is place in after ( 07:30 pm till next day 09:00 am ) it will be packed and delivered to you next day morning after 09:00 am.
We collect Rs. 25 for all orders Less Rs.199 and we offer free delivery on all orders above Rs.199. CoD is available for all Orders.
There is no tracking facility as of now – customers call call or WhatsApp us to know more about order shipping status. Your Phone number and Location will be shared with the delivery partners – we request you to assist them with the direction to the place of delivery
We request customers not to engage in questioning our delivery partners – as they are gig workers involved only in delivery, who does not know more about your order details – we request you to contact us.
Returns
Purchases made from the online grocery store of www.zinng.in cannot be returned after delivery.
Until there is a damaged product or Expired product – which can be exchanged as per our replacement policy.
No Return or Refunds if in case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.

Replacement
We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit or if mistake is in our side. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us only through Complaint Forms in Contact us page - https://www.zinng.in/contact or through e-mail - zinng.mart@gmail.com. Photo proof is required so it is easier for us to process the application for Replacement. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone.
